A highly rated care home in Reigate is now seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join the team as their Deputy Manager.

Person specification :
* ( Essential ) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
* ( Essential ) Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs
* ( Essential ) Clinical leadership experience - e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, supporting the development of a clinical team
