A family-owned care provider is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager for Ivy Gate Lodge Care Home in Southport, UK. Our modern, purpose-built 68-bed care home in Southport delivers residential, nursing, dementia and respite care within a warm, supportive and person-centred environment. As we continue our improvement journey and prepare for our next CQC inspection, we are seeking a focused, organised and motivating Clinical Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager and strengthen our nursing team.
This role is ideal for a task‑oriented clinical leader someone who brings structure, clarity and follow‑through, and who enjoys developing others, closing knowledge gaps, and embedding best practice into everyday care.
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be a visible presence within the home, working closely with nurses, carers and senior staff to ensure care delivery is safe, compliant and consistently high-quality.

Confidently deputising for the Home Manager when required.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where organisation, communication and follow‑through are key to success.
