Job summary
A leading hotel group in Brighton is looking for a Reception Manager to be the face of the hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service while leading a small team. Responsibilities include managing guest experiences and collaborating with hotel departments. Experience in hotel reception and ideally, knowledge of Opera systems are required. - Deliver guest experiences that go above and beyond and set the tone for each visit.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to maintain seamless guest service from check-in to check-out.
