The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Support the Nursery Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, taking charge in their absence.
  • Act as a strong role model for staff, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and care.
  • Work closely with room leaders to ensure quality routines, continuous provision, and environments reflect the Curiosity Approach ethos.
  • Support with staff development coaching, mentoring, and ensuring consistency in practice (and more).
