Job summary
A forward-thinking supportive living organization is looking for a confident Deputy Manager in Sefton to oversee operations and lead teams. You will support the Registered Manager, ensure high-quality care for individuals, and drive compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a leadership role, strong communication skills, and a commitment to person-centred care. This position offers a salary of £14.60 – £15.20 per hour and an opportunity for career advancement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or in a strong leadership role.

Responsibilities
