Qualifications

• Previous experience in early years leadership, preferably as a Deputy or Room Leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day running of the setting ensuring compliance with EYFS and safety standards.
• Support and lead the staff team, mentoring and training them.
• Deputise for the Manager, managing operations in their absence.
• Assist with budget monitoring and occupancy management.
• Engage with parents and professionals to maintain service standards.
