A care service provider in Dover is seeking a Deputy Manager to support Registered Managers in overseeing care services. This full-time role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a minimum qualification of QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care. The Deputy Manager will draft rosters, manage paperwork for audits, and support team members in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Salary: £27,560 - £30,000
Location: Dover
Working Hours: Full Time, 45hrs per week, Monday to Sunday

As we’ve expanded and grown, we’ve identified the need for dedicated, experienced Deputy Managers.
You’ll be supporting the Registered Managers oversee their allocated services and working closely alongside the Support Teams to provide care and support to our service users, setting exemplary standards of care and helping to drive our Core Values – Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
EngineeringTo help achieve this, you’ll be at the heart of the operation, drafting rosters, maintaining and monitoring paperwork ready for audit and playing a key role in the review and drafting of support plans, risk assessments and other key service ignorance roles.
You’ll also be assisting in the line management of Support Workers and other team members who provide care to supported individuals, including conducting supervisions, return to works, and light investigatory duties

Ideally, you’ll already be qualified to the QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care as a minimum, with a possibility or ability to work towards the Level 5 and have high levels of experience working within the care sector, preferably within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Challenging Behaviour.
