- Work closely with internal teams and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide precise cost estimates.
- Lead the bid and tendering process to secure new projects.

Sales Manager (Civil & Construction) – We are working with a leading supplier of construction solutions into the agricultural, civil and associated sectors to recruit for their new Sales Manager who will drive sales within target markets. Office based and leading a team you will;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide precise cost estimates
- Lead the bid and tendering process to secure new projects
- Work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clarity and efficiency in the estimating and bidding processes
- 3 + years experience in a similar Sales Lead / Manager role within the construction, civil engineering or similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound level of IT literacy
