Bespak is looking for a Commercial Manager. This is a permanent position for the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is £67k to £74k. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, discretionary annual bonus, generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance.
Working Pattern - Monday to Friday usual working times of 8:30am to 5:00pm with an 8:30 am to 3:45pm finish on a Friday. There is some flexibility on start and finish times and could accommodate hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days onsite.

As our Commercial Manager, you will: be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and developing our key customer accounts. You will act as the primary commercial focal point for these clients, building successful partnerships and ensuring all contractual obligations are met. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Business Development and Supply Chain, to deliver against forecasts and identify new opportunities with existing customers. Ultimately, you will be accountable for the financial performance and strategic direction of your customer portfolio.

We are investing heavily to increase our capacity for developing and manufacturing sustainable pMDIs (Asthma Inhalers). Holmes Chapel is a beautiful village in Cheshire with excellent transport links via its railway station on the Crewe-Manchester Line, proximity to the motorway network and Manchester Airport. The National Parks of the Peak District, Lake District and Eryri (Snowdonia) are within easy reach. The village has a population of nearly 7,000 and offers various amenities, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, schools, and a GP practice.
This could suit someone who has experience as a Key Account Manager, Business Manager, Senior Account Manager, Contracts and Commercial Manager or Client Relationship Manager.
