Your role in a nutshell
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit through delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor. To demonstrate and uphold the company's values and vision while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

With over 2,000 products designed to suit every customer's preference, our team engages daily with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Many products are packed with natural ingredients sourced ethically via Community Trade programmes. When advising customers, we help build better lives for communities, not just sell products.
As part of our team of Consultants, you will offer expert advice and provide insights into The Body Shop's products and philosophy. You will learn about the products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to find products that suit their lifestyles.
