Our National Transfer Pricing Team works closely with a broad range of clients, helping manage their transfer pricing compliance while acting as expert advisors and driving their transfer pricing agenda. The team covers areas such as transfer pricing model design, implementation support, operational transfer pricing, transfer pricing documentation, controversy support, and thin capitalisation reviews.

As an Associate Director in our Transfer Pricing team in London, Reading, Birmingham, or across the North West, you will be an integral part of a high-performing tax compliance and advisory team. You will have opportunities to accelerate your knowledge, skills, and development in a creative, entrepreneurial, and supportive environment, working with fantastic clients. You will also be responsible for business development activities, working with senior team members to develop opportunities and contribute to proposals. You will make an impact by:

1. Being part of a high-performing tax team supporting and advising interesting, fast-growing, and international clients.
2. Taking ownership of Transfer Pricing projects as a key member of the client service team.
3. Providing value-adding transfer pricing advice across various transactions and industries.
4. Supporting the development of junior team members.
5. Collaborating with partners and directors across service lines to support business development activities.

1. Is ACA qualified (or equivalent).
2. Has UK Transfer Pricing experience.
3. Possesses comprehensive transfer pricing technical knowledge (OECD Guidelines).
4. Has experience in a client or customer-facing role.
5. Has proven experience advising on technical matters.
6. Has experience managing a busy client portfolio.
7. Is interested in business development and converting relationships into fee-paying work.
