A leading manufacturing company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. You will provide excellent service to a dedicated portfolio of customers, manage orders using SAP, and maintain communication with multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have GCSE qualifications, experience in customer service, and be fluent in English. The Customer Service Representative will be a key member of the Customer Service team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager onsite. This role will be responsible for contributing to the success of Ball by providing excellent service to a dedicated portfolio of customers using defined processes.
