Overview

Job Title: German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Leicester
Salary: £24,000-£27,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts between 9:00am and 7:00pm (including 9:00am-5:00pm, 10:00am-6:00pm, and 11:00am-7:00pm)

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to analyse customer needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Answering customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering a memorable experience with high-level customer service skills.
  • Handle orders, delivery enquiries, refund queries, and more across multiple markets including the UK, US, and Europe.
  • Solve customer issues quickly and smoothly, meeting SLAs for quality, first-contact resolution, and productivity while delivering an excellent experience.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our products and confidently guide customers toward their next purchase.
