Overview

Job Summary: This role is primarily responsible for leveraging all available scheduling functionality to optimize daily capacity and efficiency within the Repair Division. The goal of this role is to employ a geographic-based assignment strategy designed to reduce drive times, organically increase the number of customers served per day, improve technician satisfaction and efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.

Pay: Hourly/Bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Responsibilities
  • Schedule daily Repair appointments based on established optimization strategies.
  • Confirm all Repair appointments.
  • Identify opportunities to re-schedule future appointments to improve daily capacity and efficiency.
  • Notate all schedule activity and communicate changes accordingly.
  • Ensure all required materials are ordered, schedule appointment date with customer based on expected availability of materials (appointment must be within 5 days of expected ETA of materials), and monitor status of delivery to ensure expected ETA is met.
  • Monitor work queues to ensure cycle times are achieved.
  • Monitor and respond to all customer communications (calls, voicemails, chats), internal tasks and emails.
  • Once materials are available, confirm pre-scheduled appointment date, assign technician.
  • Ensure day of appointment challenges are addressed and resolved (i.e., weather reschedules).
  • Ensure all completion steps are completed and notated, including payment processing.
  • Assist other coordinators in traditional workflow requirements based on need.
