The Area Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for overseeing and managing sales strategies for a collection of 5 hotels in the Phoenix, AZ area, including Hilton Phoenix Airport, Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport, Holiday Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport North, Holiday Inn Phoenix-Chandler, and Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsdale/Riverwalk. This role involves leading revenue strategies for key segments such as group and volume transient, staying ahead of market trends, analyzing market share, and directing sales teams to meet or exceed revenue targets. The position also entails developing and executing marketing communications plans to achieve desired hotel positioning and managing the sales and marketing budget to support revenue goals.
