Your role as the Sales Director:
From HQ in Oxfordshire, you ll shape and deliver the sales strategy across multiple sites. Reporting directly to the CEO, you ll inspire teams, streamline processes, optimise pricing, and deliver unforgettable customer experiences. Most importantly, you ll fuel rapid growth while shaping the company s future retail network.

  • Leadership: Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing General Sales Manager team across multiple sites.
  • Sales Process: Design and refine sales processes to shorten cycles, boost conversions, and maximise results.
  • Pricing & Customer Strategy: Own pricing strategy and competitor analysis, delivering customer-focused approaches that balance value with margin growth.
  • Customer Journey: Oversee the full customer journey from promotions and Try Before You Buy through to handover, aftercare, and loyalty.
  • Stocking & Forecasting: Drive accurate forecasting and smart stocking strategies aligned with business growth.
  • Strategic Growth: Shape the five-year vision alongside the Senior Leadership Team, including retail expansion and dealer programme development.
