We are looking for a Business Development Manager to work on a permanent basis for large enginering client in Lancashire.
The role will be home based with 1-2 visits per month to our clients site in Lancashire.
Our client is looking for someone who is currently working in a Business Development Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Sales Manager role, or similar, who is looking to join a large engineering company where they can grow and develop their career.
You will be happy to work from home and travel to our clients sites nationwide.
Salary/Benefits:
Salary is c£40-50,000 per annum plus 25 days' holiday and bank holidays, company car, healthcare, pension etc.
Duties for the Business Development Manager:
As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Working closely with internal stakeholders across engineering, commercial, and project teams, you will lead efforts to grow our market presence, nurture long-term relationships, and support proposal development and contract negotiations.
The role requires a proactive approach to market analysis, customer engagement, and the translation of opportunities into successful project wins.
You will represent the clientin a professional manner, upholding our values of quality, integrity, and innovation.
