We’re representing a well-established international manufacturer of energy‑efficient heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, recognised for engineering quality, innovation, and long‑standing heritage. The business supplies high‑performance indoor climate solutions for commercial and large‑scale residential applications across the UK and globally.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to develop specification‑led sales across London & South East. In this role, you’ll work closely with Consultants as well as D&B contractors to influence specifications and drive project opportunities. You’ll identify and convert new projects, grow key accounts, manage a strong pipeline through CRM, and promote a portfolio including AHUs and Radiant Heating Systems. You’ll also represent the business with CPDs, exhibitions, and industry events while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with regulatory and sustainability requirements.

The ideal Business Development Manager will have a proven track record of specifying and selling HVAC or building services products into the construction industry. You’ll be comfortable influencing multiple stakeholders, converting competitor specifications, and managing long sales cycles. Experience with MVHR, AHUs, ventilation, air conditioning, heating / radiant systems, or similar mechanical solutions would be highly advantageous.

The Business Development Manager will receive :

  • £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary
