We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our commercial portfolio for FRA and LCBT, primarily across apprenticeship and workforce development. You will engage brands across the Fashion, Beauty and Retail sectors. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth by generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, growing key partnerships, and expanding our commercial programme awareness. This position requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, business development and business solution skills and a deep understanding of learning and development and the apprenticeship landscape.

Qualifications

Level 2 qualifications or equivalent in English and Mathematics (GCSE grade C/4 or above) and educated to A level standard or equivalent.

Experience & Expertise

Experience in a similar role and key account management, consultancy selling, or business development roles, preferably in levy funded or commercial learning. Proficient in sales techniques, including upselling, cross‑selling, and contract negotiation. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Location & Compensation
