Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + circa £6,000 bonus

- Field sales position selling a range of distributed & manufactured hot water systems
- All of your time will be spent selling into the commercial sector
- Selling to M&E consultants, specifiers and M&E contractors (e.g., Arup & WSP)
- Relatively untapped area with turnover target first year between £200k-£250k; long-term plan to grow the area to £1m
- Majority of time spent generating new business from incoming enquiries
- Regularly conduct CPD seminars
- Autonomy to pursue projects nationally while focusing on North East / South East based on location
- 4-6 weeks of training provided at the start, with hotels local to the office during training
- Experience as a Business Development Manager – Water Heating Systems
- Ideally from a branch management, internal sales or estimating background
- Experience in related fields such as plumbing and heating products or systems (e.g., boilers, water heating systems, hot water systems, heating systems, boilers, pumps, pipes, pressurisation systems, pressure gauges, heating controls, valves, radiators, etc.)
- Commercially astute
- Self-starter, people person and relationship builder
- Technically proficient communicator
