A leading telecommunications company is looking for a Specialist Sales Leader to manage a team, drive Average Order Value (AOV) growth, and enhance selling capabilities for complex products. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading sales teams, strategic planning, and fostering relationships within a B2B environment. The purpose of our Specialist Sales team is to support Vodafone Business UK to accelerate AOV from our strategic growth product areas, providing the technical and commercial expertise to support our customers, and help upskill our account managers. Our Specialists are deep experts within their product categories, and alongside owning opportunities, work with our Sales teams to build capability on their product specialisms, to raise the bar and ability to sell these products within our business.
This exciting role will lead a team of Fixed Specialists as part of the brand new Specialist Sales function in VBUK, which will be substantially growing its headcount to accelerate AOV growth from key products that will drive our LRP and strategy. It will be responsible for creating a diverse and highly skilled new team of Fixed Specialists, and supporting VBUK to raise the bar on selling complex B&C products. Key accountabilities include:
