Overview

We are working with a leading contractor specialising in high end joinery and bespoke fit-out projects, who are looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to join their Quantity Surveying team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior QS/Commercial professional to step into a role with responsibility for driving commercial performance and supporting project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved, and providing key commercial support to the Project Manager. You\'ll work closely with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure successful delivery of high-value joinery and fit-out schemes.
Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience on new build, bespoke joinery, and fit-out projects in a Senior Surveyor/Commercial role
  • Strong track record managing subcontractors, clients, and consultants at a senior level
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication skills
  • IT proficient - Excel, Word, Outlook
Desirable
  • Experience within the interiors and high-end joinery sector
  • Familiarity with Conquest software
