Your Mission

As an Account Manager covering EMEA, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving adoption of AI-powered solutions. By building strong relationships and understanding customer needs, you will help healthcare professionals optimize their workflows, unlock the full potential of AI technology, and foster long-term partnerships that drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across different sales regions. Build and maintain trusted relationships to ensure customers achieve their goals.
  • Customer Adoption & Success: Lead seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring successful AI solution implementation. Proactively monitor customer satisfaction, addressing concerns before they arise.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to advocate for customer needs and enhance overall experience. Provide strategic insights that contribute to continuous product and process improvements.
  • Training & Change Management: Deliver expert training sessions and guide customers through change management processes to maximize solution adoption.
  • Business Reviews & Growth Opportunities: Conduct regular business reviews to assess success metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
  • On-Site Customer Engagement & Industry Events: Travel frequently (40–60% per month) to engage with customers in person, attend industry events, and support deployment projects.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference in healthcare.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.

Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (both written & verbal).

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Multi-Tasking & Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.

Flexibility & Travel: Willingness and ability to travel across various countries.

Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Background in Healthcare, MedTech, or SaaS is a strong plus.
