Your Mission
As an Account Manager covering EMEA, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving adoption of AI-powered solutions. By building strong relationships and understanding customer needs, you will help healthcare professionals optimize their workflows, unlock the full potential of AI technology, and foster long-term partnerships that drive success.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference in healthcare.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (both written & verbal).
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Multi-Tasking & Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
Flexibility & Travel: Willingness and ability to travel across various countries.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Background in Healthcare, MedTech, or SaaS is a strong plus.
