Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Life Sciences)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales of recombinant proteins across the designated territory in France and the Benelux region. This full-time role offers career advancement potential, and you will be required to travel frequently within the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales targets and drive growth for recombinant proteins in the France and Benelux markets.
2. Promote company products and establish strong relationships with customers.
3. Travel up to 50% of the time for business meetings, client visits, and prospecting.
4. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer support for orders and technical questions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Participate in marketing and branding activities alongside business development teams.
7. Monitor and share market intelligence and trends to support strategy and planning.
8. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and gather customer insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Medicine, Biosciences, Biology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the life sciences, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 1 year in recombinant proteins.
3. Strong sales and customer service orientation with the ability to work under pressure.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
5. Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
6. Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively.
