Under the U.S. Army INSCOM GILE program, Team V2X provides multi-disciplined engineering, facilities, sustainment, and maintenance of intelligence systems, including integration of new technologies, portal management, hardware design, network management, technology development, and logistics support for various military and intelligence entities. We support INSCOM’s mission to anticipate requirements and employ innovative techniques to equip and sustain personnel and systems across multiple locations.

This position is contingent upon contract award to V2X.

#clearance

1. Represent the office in short-term and long-term facility planning efforts.
2. Manage facility maintenance, renovations, reconfigurations, and installations.
3. Maintain, repair, and operate facilities for cost-effective and reliable support.
4. Oversee maintenance and operation of systems and infrastructure, including work control and planning.
5. Develop project scopes, prepare work orders, and obtain project approvals.
6. Identify problems and develop solutions, adjusting resources or scope as needed.
7. Prepare documentation for construction, renovation, environmental, and information management projects, including cost estimates.
8. Set milestones and monitor adherence to plans, budgets, and schedules.
9. Present briefings and studies to senior management.
10. Use military and technical knowledge to develop program management plans using Microsoft Project.
11. Coordinate with military planning staff to develop comprehensive relocation and realignment plans.
12. Plan space and facility utilization for organizational efficiency.
13. Inspect facilities to evaluate suitability for occupancy, considering various factors.

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, with 9-10 years of relevant experience.

Security Clearance:

• U.S. Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance (TIER 5) and eligibility for SCI access per ICD 704.
• Some roles may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially for TDN2 access.

Experience / Skills:

• Knowledge of security requirements for SCIFs and classified operations, including data protection.
• Experience managing military or civilian operational units.
• Familiarity with HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical operations.
• Previous support experience with DPW or similar entities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of military technical writing.
