We are looking for a Product Designer (f / m / d) to support our Agent Platform Team at our Hamburg headquarters, starting immediately (40 hours). You will act as a customer advocate throughout the entire product development process, focusing on our Agent Platform, and serve as a valuable sparring partner for our product managers and developers.

Tasks that will help you grow

• Empower the cross-functional product team to deliver a top-tier user experience, enabling users to achieve their goals through a user-centric approach.
• Use iteration and continuous optimization to improve quality at each step.
• Take responsibility for our Agent Platform product teams concerning UX & UI.
• Participate in, prepare, and follow up on user research in collaboration with the user research and business strategy teams.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, translating insights into effective product design concepts.
• Maintain consistency and quality standards across products.

Your profile that inspires us

• 2-3 years of experience in digital product design.
• Strong research skills and the ability to work autonomously in an agile environment.
• Attention to detail and willingness to explore new paths.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools.
• Experience working with design systems and usability testing and user research tools.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
