Your mission

We are seeking a talented Scientific Communications and Collaborations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team, dedicated to translating complex scientific concepts into compelling content. In this role, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to communicate scientific advancements and potential applications of our technology to a diverse audience, including clinicians, researchers, funding agencies, and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the scientific field, our product, its applications, and the market.
• Participate in formulating and writing grant proposals for research and development projects.
• Oversee grant applications and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to foster collaborations and secure funding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop aligned content.
• Conduct background research, create, and write relevant scientific content.
• Translate scientific data into clear, concise content for white papers, reports, publications, abstracts, and marketing materials.
• Support sales, customer success, and marketing teams by providing scientific content and editing.

Your profile

• Ph.D. / MD in life sciences, medicine, medical physics, or related field.
• Proven experience in scientific/medical writing with a strong portfolio.
• Deep understanding of medical and scientific terminology and data interpretation skills.
• Customer-facing mentality with proactive, empathetic communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English; German skills are an advantage.
