Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer is looking for an Account Manager experienced in selling technical solutions and developing business. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in establishing enterprise relationships and exceeding sales quotas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain sales accounts, provide technical and administrative product information, and perform daily office tasks such as writing correspondence, data entry, and processing documents.
  • Drive server solution sales to new and existing clients across Germany.
  • Monitor stock levels, track ETA with buyers.
  • Coordinate between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments.
  • Support internal project coordination between sales and other departments.
  • Manage customer orders, address credit issues, and negotiate returns.
  • Develop strong customer service relationships with prospects.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on client activities and sales progress.
  • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
  • Travel to client meetings as necessary (driving license required).
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Administrator or Inside Sales, aiming to advance in your career.
  • Experience in data entry, production planning, and order tracking.
  • Strong professional communication skills, including telephone, email, and presentation abilities.
  • Customer service experience with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience selling Supermicro servers or similar hardware is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German (C2 level) and proficient in English (minimum B1 level).
