Solution Architect
In this role you will support a team of 6+ salespeople, delivering services to the Healthcare International sales team. Deal support and tender responses are key to execute the strategy to go direct in key markets. With a rapidly growing business it is key to execute processes on which this team focuses on.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
Execution on strategic team development to support our go-to-market strategy.
Support the team with:
- Full deal support
- Tender responses
- Generate standard quotes and for RFPs
- Manage Supplier/Vendor certification forms from our partner companies
- Support and harmonize the approval process
- Support and manage the evaluation/pilot process
- Plan and implement projects that support the sales organization.
- Leading the team in line with the Nuance values and goals
- Execute on strategic decisions to support growth and the focus on hosted products in the international markets
- Actively balance workload within the team and closely monitor the daily activities
- Ensure continuous training of the team to further improve skills and the quality of services delivered by the team
- Take an active role in the communication with internal teams we partner with to ensure processes and documentation is up to date and transparent for all parties
Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Education: Any Graduate
Minimum years of work experience: 5
Required skills:
Native or equivalent English, German
Team Management
Sales Support/Sales Ops/Inside Sales experience preferred.
Experience in responding to tenders/RFPs
Structured way of working
Good MS Office skills
Good team player
Flexible working hours and dedication
Preferred skills:
Additional language: French
Tool knowledge: SFDC or other CRM, finance system (Oracle, SAP,…),
Knowledge about NHS and NHS procurement as well as knowledge of other HC systems in EMEA, APAC and S-America
Convey information in verbal/written/non-verbal forms in a constructive, clear, and concise manner.
