Who We Are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Purchasing unit is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation. The responsibilities range from raw material purchasing to supplier management and plant purchasing to value engineering.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

  • Purchasing of construction and structure services
  • Independent sourcing, negotiation and completion of single orders as well as frame contracts
  • Presentation of purchasing strategies and results in PowerCo sourcing committees
  • Administration and optimization of construction and structure contracts in alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Establishment and management of strategic construction and structure suppliers

What You Bring To The Team

  • University degree in economics, industrial engineering or in a comparable field
  • Professional experience in Purchasing and construction and structure Contract Management
  • Affinity for numbers and measurable results
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
  • Pronounced strategic thinking skills, high sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills
  • Competent use of MS Office software
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
