This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain deep insights into all areas of the company while working closely with our Management Board, C-level leaders, and CEO Office. Based in Berlin, home of our global HQ, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and driving high-impact projects directly for the CEO and Executive Team.

As part of the CEO Office, led by the Group Chief of Staff, you will work on high-priority initiatives, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and contribute to the company’s strategic direction. The successful applicant will require a mix of entrepreneurialism, creativity, and commercial logic.

• Conduct data analysis and independent research to support data-driven decision-making.
• Create board decks and similar executive-level visual aids.
• Execute strategic projects and support the Chief of Staff in driving organizational improvements with a high level of autonomy.
• Prepare content for meetings with internal direct reports, shareholders, and external partners, including consolidating and following up on action items.
• Support in the planning, development, and implementation of workshops and executive offsites with our senior leaders.
• Assist in key operational business processes, decision-making frameworks, and operational planning tasks to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives.

• BS/MS with excellent grades from a top-tier university in Business, Economics, or another related field of study
• 2 years of professional experience in a high-performance environment (GrowthCo, Consulting, Banking, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to summarize quantitative concepts into a digestible format
• Very high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• High confidence in working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Fluency in English and German
