As a Facilities Project Manager, you will support and drive projects related to our Facilities, with a focus on Workplace and Real Estate strategies. Your role is crucial in maintaining Audible as a great place to work by delivering exceptional experiences for internal partners and external clients. You will report to our Berlin Real Estate and Workplace lead, be part of our People & Places team, and collaborate with global teams.

You bring strong experience in facilities and real estate, supporting critical projects with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude. You excel in project management and stakeholder collaboration. This position is initially a 12-month contract, with a potential extension to 24 months.

1. Manage the implementation of projects related to our Workplace strategy for the Berlin campus.
2. Develop and execute detailed project plans to ensure successful implementation and stakeholder alignment.
3. Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks, propose solutions, and mitigate risks.
4. Collaborate with teams to ensure effective communication across workstreams.
5. Support facilities-related aspects such as budgeting, timelines, invoicing, and cost management.
6. Assist team leads and cover BAU tasks during absences.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

• Experience managing facilities services in a corporate or consultancy environment.
• Experience overseeing building operations, vendor coordination, cost management, and compliance.
• Project management experience with tools like Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Business fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
