Customers benefit from framework agreements with hotels, airlines, and rental car companies. There is also a loyalty programme available that allows earning and redeeming credits.
In your new job in customer service/customer support, you will delight new and existing customers by explaining the services offered, helping with booking issues, or replying to other questions.
Typical questions or requests refer to the registration process, the advantages of becoming a customer, booking of accommodations or transport, and questions concerning invoices and open payments.
