  • Department: Sales Team
  • Shift time: 8 working hours (Monday to Friday From 11 to 19 CET time ZONE)
  • Reports to: EMEA Sales leader

About the role

The sales representative works to sell the best experience to the customer by ensuring that the client is buying the eSIM that best suits their trip. This work impacts the financial success and growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  1. Understand customer needs.
  2. Communicate the value of the eSIM.
  3. Adapt to changes in the market, customer needs, and company strategies.
  4. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management.
  6. Devise the best strategy for selling the product.
  7. Offer discounts and present arguments effectively.
  8. Complete purchases and maintain a good rapport with the customer.
  9. Work as a team.
  10. Provide outstanding customer service and address customer needs efficiently across multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and WhatsApp—all integrated into a single platform, namely Intercom.
  11. Stay updated with news and messages from Slack.

Knowledge of other languages such as French, Portuguese, Italian, and Arabic is considered a plus.
