Office Assistant jobs in Canada

8–12 hours/week (Typically Tues, Thurs, Sat from 10am–2pm — flexible for the right person)

• Answer basic questions about the Wild Tide project and upcoming plans
• Manage emails, calls, bookings, and general inquiries
• Track hoodie orders and other merchandise sales
• Organize documents, receipts, and simple data entry
• Assist with social media scheduling and community tech
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front area
• Support the founder with daily admin tasks
• Are friendly, calm, and good with people
• Are organized and like checking things off a list
• Enjoy learning about animals, conservation, and creative community projects
• Are comfortable working independently in a small office setting
• Are reliable and bring positive energyDon’t mind that this is a “building phase” job — things grow fast here

You’ll be the first point of contact for Wild Tide. You’re the friendly face that helps us grow, keeps our operations smooth, and lets our founder focus on building the next phase of the project. It’s an entry-level role with room to grow as Wild Tide expands into a full discovery centre.
