Our well established real estate client is hiring a Junior Accountant on a permanent basis. This full-time in-office role is ideal for someone with minimum of 3 year of accounts payable accounting experience in addition to some post secondary courses / training in accounting.

About the Role

Reporting to the Assistant Controller this position includes:

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Preparing journal entries and financial statements
• Data entry and bank deposits
• Preparing year end working papers
• Assisting accounting staff with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central and Concur is an asset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

Compensation & Benefits

$54000 to $60000 base salary
