A leading biotechnology firm in British Columbia is seeking a patient support professional to enroll patients in programs and liaise with healthcare providers. The ideal candidate has a nursing background and strong communication skills. This role offers a salary up to $103,438 CAD, a comprehensive benefits package, and remote work flexibility. - Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of related experience, or a College diploma with 4 years of related experience.
- Nursing background is a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsabilités
- Enroll and onboard patients into Amgen Patient Services Programs.
- Liaise with healthcare providers to support patient access to therapies and support services.
- Provide logistical, non‑medical educational assistance to patients and caregivers.
