We are looking to hire a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President Growth, VP Growth, and the VP Trading – leaders who are driving innovation and strategic expansion.
In this role, you’ll be more than an administrator – you’ll be the trusted advisor and partner of the Growth team. Your ability to anticipate needs, streamline priorities and create order in a fast-paced environment will directly influence the success of our team.
This role is based at our Head Office in Downtown Calgary, in support of the leaders. The ability to establish strong and effective communication in both virtual and in person environments is key to the success of this role. Low cost parking is available and you’ll work in newly renovated offices in the heart of Downtown Calgary.
