Job description
We have a great opportunity for experienced B2B Outside Sales Reps in and around the GTA.
Our client is building a commercial sales team as they expand across the province in 2025.
We are seeking confident hunters and business developers to sell commercial HVAC Equipment including Air Handling Units and Boilers; hot water tanks, and ASHP’s; as well as maintenance contracts.
Successful candidates will be:
Competitive Base Salary plus commission structure with minimum expected on target earnings; mileage; phone allowance and benefits.

Successful candidates will be:
- Able to work independently while contributing to a positive team culture
- Hungry and driven to build a customer base and drive sales with realistic yet aggressive targets that will reward you with a commission structure
- Adaptable, coachable and willing to change gears and strategies
- An experienced B2B sales professional with love of utilizing diverse sales strategies including social media, networking, cold calling, and knocking on doors.
- Experienced selling to commercial customers and property managers.
- Relationship builders that can build rapport quickly and effortlessly to identify clients needs and barriers and able to propose potential solutions and close the deal.
