We have a great opportunity for experienced B2B Outside Sales Reps in and around the GTA.

Our client is building a commercial sales team as they expand across the province in 2025.

We are seeking confident hunters and business developers to sell commercial HVAC Equipment including Air Handling Units and Boilers; hot water tanks, and ASHP’s; as well as maintenance contracts.

Successful candidates will be:
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a positive team culture
  • Hungry and driven to build a customer base and drive sales with realistic yet aggressive targets that will reward you with a commission structure
  • Adaptable, coachable and willing to change gears and strategies
  • An experienced B2B sales professional with love of utilizing diverse sales strategies including social media, networking, cold calling, and knocking on doors.
  • Experienced selling to commercial customers and property managers.
  • Relationship builders that can build rapport quickly and effortlessly to identify clients needs and barriers and able to propose potential solutions and close the deal.
