Caron Equipment Inc. is currently seeking a motivatedand detail-oriented Parts/Service Coordinator to join our team inTimmins, ON. In this role, you will manage the procurement, inventory, andtimely delivery of parts and supplies required for equipment maintenance andservice operations. You’ll work closely with technicians, suppliers, andinternal departments to ensure operational efficiency and minimal equipmentdowntime.

Responsibilities:

Parts & Inventory Management:

• Monitorand maintain inventory levels of parts, tools, and supplies.
• Processpurchase orders and track shipments.
• Receive,inspect, and reconcile incoming parts with purchase orders.
• Maintainorganized and clean inventory and parts storage areas.

Service Coordination:

• Coordinatewith service technicians to confirm parts requirements.
• Ensureparts are available for scheduled repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Scheduleservice appointments and track work order progress.
• Updaterecords and close completed work orders.
• Buildand maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Requestquotes, negotiate pricing, and track delivery timelines.
• Followup on delayed or backordered parts.

Administrative & Reporting Duties:

• Generateregular inventory usage and reorder reports.
• Assistwith warranty claims and return of defective items.
• Ensurecompliance with safety and operational policies.
• Provideadministrative support to the service department.

Qualifications:

• 2–3years of experience in parts coordination, inventory management, orservice support.
• Familiaritywith equipment and heavy machinery parts is an asset.
• Strongorganizational and communication skills.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Customer-focused,team-oriented, and solutions-driven.

Additional Information:

• Workis primarily in an office and shop environment.
• Mustbe capable of lifting parts up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Occasionaltravel to vendor sites or job locations may be required.
