We have developed The Globe Pulsed Field System, a product distinguished by its unique features and customer value, supported by a strong technical team. We have established connections with key opinion leaders who are actively using our system and sharing our story.

Having completed our pivotal clinical study, we are now focusing on regulatory approvals and launching our product commercially. This marks a significant milestone in bringing this innovative technology to patients.

As a member of the Quality Control team, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Planning QC resources to meet introducer production schedules across two shifts.
  2. Hiring QC technicians and providing hands-on training on inspection processes.
  3. Monitoring daily in-process inspections related to introducers and implementing efficiency improvements.
  4. Providing technical guidance to QC personnel in cleanroom environments.
  5. Collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Risk teams to improve documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
  6. Supporting root cause investigations with Quality and Mechanical Engineering teams as needed.

Qualifications and qualities we seek:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a technical field.
  • At least two years of relevant quality control experience, preferably in medical devices.
  • Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings for dimensional and functional testing.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to assume additional responsibilities.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 CAD annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Participation in Kardium’s stock option plan.
