Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and report the Treasury G&A budget and lead cost-saving initiatives, including bank fee management, contract negotiations, and insurance.
  2. Execute and reconcile all invoice payments against the G&A budget.
  3. Manage RBI’s risk strategy for insurance, including collecting underwriting data, renewal processes, and analyzing risk retention strategies based on historical losses.
  4. Collaborate with internal finance teams, third-party administrators, legal counsel, and insurance brokers to manage insurance costs.
  5. Assist in evaluating interest rate and foreign exchange hedging activities.
  6. Work with accounting to review hedging activities and ensure proper documentation and implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics; CFA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible, organized, and customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in an insurance-related position is preferred; US & Canadian experience is a plus.
