Job Description

  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and code specifications and to build motor control panels c/w contactors, VFD's, PLCs, etc.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices.
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of PLC / relay logic based systems.
  • Diagnose faults in electrical and electronic systems and test electric and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain and repair electro-pneumatic and hydraulic devices.
  • Diagnostic, maintaining and calibration of instruments.
  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance programs and keep up to date maintenance records
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience/Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years electrical apprentice experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and to work effectively both individually and in a team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Apprenticeship

Salary: $19+ per hour
