Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to join our team, supporting the North Bay, Timmins, Sudbury, & Sault Ste. Marie regions. Reporting to the Area Franchise Lead, the Manager, Franchise Performance (MFP) acts as a key partner and consultant for our Restaurants. The MFP reviews and analyzes restaurant operations, financial, and business information, working collaboratively with Owners and Managers to improve overall results while ensuring compliance with business and operating standards. The MFP serves as the primary communication link between TDL and the restaurant owners and managers within their district.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Acts as a business consultant and coach to Owners and Managers on all aspects of their restaurants, including business and financial results, effective operations, Team Member engagement, and Guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Reviews all restaurant operating reports and audits, analyzes the information, and collaborates with Owners and Managers to determine appropriate solutions.
  3. Assesses restaurant financial, business, and operational performance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and works with Owners and Managers to develop strategies to enhance performance.
  4. Conducts regular financial reviews (P&L, Balance Sheet) with Owners and Managers.
  5. Ensures successful implementation of new initiatives such as product launches, technology upgrades, process improvements, marketing campaigns, and renovations to support sales growth.
  6. Serves as a Tim Hortons Brand/Business Ambassador at all times.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  1. At least 3 years of operational experience with P&L responsibility, preferably in multi-unit, high-growth franchise or retail businesses.
  2. University degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
  3. Strong business and financial acumen, with capabilities in business development.
  4. Proven ability to establish and nurture effective relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  5. Excellent analytical skills to interpret information, identify issues, and make sound decisions.
  6. Effective communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
  7. Willingness to travel within the region and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  8. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record within provincial guidelines.
