A dynamic staffing agency in Kitchener is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support assigned customers and manage orders. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and is comfortable with SAP and Microsoft Office. This contract position runs until February 28, with potential for extension.

Process orders and purchase orders (POs)—ability to read quotes and POs is a plus.
Work with sales, supply chain, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and complaints quickly.
Spot opportunities to improve processes and support cross- or up-selling.
Participate in small projects and mentor new team members when needed.
3–5 years of customer service experience, ideally in supply chain or B2B/B2C.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with SAP, AS400, and Microsoft Office.
Self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
