Customer Care Representative

Dynacare invites you to join our team as a Customer Care Representative, where you will be on the frontline, resolving customer issues and enhancing the overall experience for Canadians.

Responsibilities
  • You are the frontline support for Dynacare, serving as the main point of contact for all insurance accounts and delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Build rapport and acquire knowledge from peer contacts across various divisions.
  • Participate in system testing to improve service quality.
  • Provide employee training to new hires and demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Resolve customer issues and recommend ways to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy and composure when handling difficult customers.
  • Get‑up‑and‑go attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to organize and complete projects accurately, on time, and collaboratively.

  • Nice to have: Community College diploma and prior customer service or call‑centre experience.

Location & Work Style

Hybrid work style – a mix of in‑office and remote work.

Employment Details

Permanent, full‑time position with a guaranteed 37.5 hours per week. Day shift from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
