As part of AWS Professional Services (ProServe), you will lead cloud migration and implementation projects, collaborate with customer executives, and apply AWS best practices such as the Well-Architected Framework and the Cloud Adoption Framework.

The Senior Engagement Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-scale IT engagements, managing technical project delivery, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (up to CxO level). You will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, decompose complex problems into actionable deliverables, and proactively manage risks.

This is a client-facing role that requires both technical expertise and project leadership skills, as well as bilingual communication in French and English for candidates hired in Montreal.

Amazon offers a competitive base salary ranging from $126,000/year to $210,400/year, plus equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, financial, and career development programs. Compensation is based on job-related skills, experience, and location.

• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing and enterprise IT engagements
• Strong background in technical program/project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven success leading technical projects with teams of 8+ and budgets over $1M
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders
• Bilingual French and English required for Montreal
• Preferred: AWS experience, PMP certification, AWS Certified Solutions Architect
