Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your landscaping crew
- Work alongside your Crew members in training in the field
- Tasks such as Training Zero turn, Line trimmer and all other types of landscape tools
- Pull a truck and trailer
- Engage with customers to address landscaping issues
- Foster team spirit
- Ensure health & safety compliance
- Ensure quality work on time and within budget by delegating tasks effectively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- College diploma in horticulture or equivalent is preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Landscape Maintenance
- Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents
- Able to lift or move over 25 pounds
- Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions
